We (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operate the “ProX: View once Photo Saver” mobile application (the “App”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use the App and the choices you have associated with that data. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
ProX helps you save and keep media (photos, videos and audio messages) and statuses that you receive in supported messaging apps, including “view once” content, by accessing the notifications and media made available to the App on your device. The App only works with content that reaches your own device and that you choose to use the App for. Please respect the privacy and the rights of the people who send you content, and use the App only where this is permitted by law and by the terms of the messaging service concerned.
To provide its core function, the App may access notifications, photos, videos, audio and statuses that appear on your device. Saved content is stored on your device. We do not use your saved content for advertising.
If you contact us for support, we may process your name, email address and the content of your message in order to reply.
We may collect device type, operating system, App version, IP address, crash reports and anonymous usage events to keep the App working and to improve it.
If the App offers subscriptions or in-app purchases, payments are processed by Apple. We receive information about the status of your subscription (for example, whether it is active) but not your payment card details.
The App does not collect your location.
The App is not intended for users under 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
Depending on the features you use, the App may ask for permission to access notifications, your photo library (to save media) and the internet. You can withdraw these permissions at any time in your device settings, but the App may then stop working.
Your information may be processed on servers located outside your country, including in Turkey and in the European Union. We take reasonable steps to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this policy.
We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose it in good faith when necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect our rights or property, prevent or investigate wrongdoing in connection with the App, or protect the personal safety of users or the public.
We may use third-party providers to operate the App and analyze its use. Examples include Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics (Google), and Apple for payments and subscriptions. These providers have access to data only to perform their tasks and must not use it for other purposes. They have their own privacy policies.
The security of your data is important to us. We use commercially reasonable means to protect it, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you by writing to ysfgms3414@gmail.com. Content saved on your device can be deleted by you at any time inside the App or by uninstalling it.
We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the latest effective date.
